This month we would like highlight women of color in the cannabis industry. Pioneers like Kimberly Dillon, Mary Pryor, and Solonje Burnett are setting the bar high for cannabis businesses nationwide.

Kimberly Dillon

  • Founder of Frigg Wellness

Kimberly has over 15 years of marketing experience and gained notoriety as she helped build Papa & Barkley into one of the top cannabis companies on the West Coast. She’s been featured in publications like Forbes and Gwyneth Paltrow’s Goop magazine. Her current ventures include offering coaching, wellness and cannabis advisory services, and she is the founder of Frigg Wellness. Frigg Wellness, a CBD beauty brand that focuses on treating women from the inside out, is set to launch in the Fall of 2020.

Mary Pryor

Mary Pryor is the former Chief Marketing Officer of TONIC CBD, a CBD botanical blends company, and co-founder of Cannaclusive. A media expert, she co-founded Cannaclusive as a marketing and business advocacy agency to create inclusion and diversity in the cannabis space. And if that weren’t enough, she serves on a variety of boards, from Possible Plan to Chapter President of Minorities for Medical Marijuana.

Solonje Burnett

Solonje Burnett is the co-founder of Humble Bloom, a cannabis immersive education and advocacy platform with a goal to educate communities about the healing benefits of cannabis. Additionally, Humble Bloom aims to create a more inclusive industry and give more opportunities to people of color, who are often underrepresented in the industry. So, what is an immersive education and advocacy platform? Essentially, Solonje’s agency acts as a culture consultancy, creating innovative workplaces, conferences, and designs for some of today’s top brands.
