How to place a delivery order:

1. Select the Delivery Menu tab at the top of our website and enter your zip code. 

2. Shop by category for your favorite products and add them to your cart*. 

3. Click ‘Proceed to checkout’.

4. Fill in your information and upload a photo of your photo ID to verify you are over 21. 

5. All orders will receive a confirmation text, an update that your order is being packed, and finally a text notifying you that the order is en-route.

6. A Santa Cruz Naturals delivery driver will then arrive at your provided location with your order. 

7. Present a valid ID at the time of delivery.

What to know before making a new cannabis delivery purchase

Do I have to create an account to order delivery?

Yes, if you are ordering online you will need to input your ID and information for your initial delivery order. This helps our Santa Cruz Aptos team identify you when we deliver your order. Plus, you get to track your order, view your order history, and more with an account.

How do I pay for my delivery order?

Similar to in-person orders, you can pay for your delivery with cash or the Canpay app.

What time is the latest I can submit an order for delivery?

Any order placed after 6:29 pm will be prepared the following day. If you place an order overnight, we will receive and pack it first thing in the morning. 

Are there order limits for cannabis delivery in Santa Cruz?

As stated by the California Department of Cannabis Control, adults can purchase up to 28.5 grams of non-concentrated cannabis, 8 grams of concentrated cannabis, and 6 immature cannabis plants per day. Medical cannabis cardholders can purchase 8 ounces of medical cannabis per day.

How long will my Aptos delivery take?

Delivery orders placed from the Aptos location are scheduled between the hours of 12 pm and 7 pm Wednesday - Sunday. Our team aims to deliver your order within an hour and a half of the time you selected. You may be notified of delivery at any time during the 1.5-hour window you originally selected.

Do I have to be present for my delivery?

Yes! The person named on the order must be present to receive the delivery and must present a valid, government-issued ID and your preferred form of payment (cash or the Canpay app).

What do the Santa Cruz delivery cannabis packages look like?

All of our Aptos and Watsonville cannabis deliveries are prepared in discreet, eco-friendly packaging, along with the order receipt. Be sure to take a look inside for special promotions and offers!

Can someone else in Aptos receive my delivery order?

As of 2023, no. The person named on the order must be present to receive the delivery and must present a valid ID. However, changes in this law may be approaching for medical cardholders, as primary caregivers will be able to accept deliveries on behalf of patients in January 2024.

Can California dispensaries deliver?

Yes, California dispensaries can legally deliver with the proper licenses. Delivery employees must carry a government-issued ID, an ID badge provided by the retailer, and a copy of the retailer's license during all deliveries. 

What are the rules for cannabis delivery in California?

You must be 21+ in order to receive delivery or 18+ with a medical recommendation. All deliveries must be made through a licensed cannabis retailer. To learn about the cannabis laws in Cannabis, visit the state’s website. 

Can you order cannabis through the mail from California?

No, you can only purchase cannabis directly in-store or through direct delivery services, like ours. Lucky for you, most cannabis delivery will arrive the same day as long as you place your order within the appropriate hours of operation. 

Can you deliver cannabis to my P.O. Box in Santa Cruz?

No. In order to comply with the current California cannabis laws, all cannabis must be delivered directly to the customer that placed the order.
