Expect to be notified through text. All orders will receive a confirmation text, an update that your order is being packed, and finally a text notifying you that the order is en-route.
A Santa Cruz Naturals delivery driver will then arrive at your
provided location with your order.

What to know before making a new cannabis delivery purchase
Do I have to create an account to order delivery?
Yes. In order for our Watsonville team to ensure the safe and secure delivery of your items, we will need to confirm your order and identify you. Therefore, you will need to input your ID and information for your initial delivery order. The added bonus is that you’ll get to track your order, view your order history, and more!
How do I pay for my delivery order?
Just as in our dispensary locations, you can pay for delivery orders with cash or the Canpay app.
What time is the latest I can submit an order for delivery?
The latest you can place an order is 6:29 pm. Any order placed after will be prepared the following day. If you place an order overnight, we will receive and pack it first thing in the morning.
Are there order limits for cannabis delivery in Santa Cruz?
According to California cannabis laws, adults can purchase up to 28.5 grams of non-concentrated cannabis, 8 grams of concentrated cannabis, and 6 immature cannabis plants per day. Medical marijuana patients can purchase 8 ounces of medical cannabis per day.

How long will my Watsonville delivery take?
Delivery orders placed from the Watsonville location are scheduled between the hours of 12pm and 7pm Wednesday - Sunday. Our team aims to deliver your order within an hour and a half of the time you selected. You may be notified of delivery at any time during the 1.5 hour window you originally selected.
Do I have to be present for my delivery?
Yes! For our safety and yours, the person named on the order must be present to receive the delivery and must present a valid form of identification and your preferred form of payment (cash or the Canpay app).
What do the Santa Cruz delivery cannabis packages look like?
All of our Aptos and Watsonville store deliveries are prepared in an eco-friendly bag, along with the order receipt. Make sure to be on the lookout for special promotions and offers!
Can someone else in Watsonville receive my delivery order?
Currently, for both recreational and medicinal users, the person named on the order must be present to receive the delivery and must present a valid ID. Be sure to keep an eye out for changes in this law for medical cardholders, as primary caregivers will be able to accept deliveries on behalf of patients in January 2024.

Yes, dispensaries in California may legally deliver cannabis! Delivery employees are required to carry a government-issued ID, an ID badge provided by the retailer, and a copy of the retailer's license during all deliveries.
What are the rules for cannabis delivery in California?
You must be 21+ in order to receive delivery or 18+ with a medical recommendation. All deliveries must be made through a licensed cannabis retailer. To learn more about the rules in California, visit the state government’s page on cannabis laws.
Can you order cannabis through the mail from California?
No, you can only purchase cannabis directly in-store or through direct delivery. However, at Santa Cruz Naturals, we provide same-day, on-demand delivery within our hours of operation.
Can you deliver cannabis to my P.O. Box in Santa Cruz?
No, cannabis must be delivered directly to the customer that placed the order. This ensures both your safety and ours. Besides, no one wants to risk any stolen cannabis!
