Celebrate 4/20 at Home

4/20 is a national cannabis holiday celebrated on April 20th, but we like to celebrate the entire month!

Don’t feel like going out in Santa Cruz?  Here are our best suggestions for celebrating 4/20 from the comfort of home.

  1. Take advantage of our 4/20 deals

Our Aptos and Watsonville dispensaries are open for delivery orders Wednesday through Sunday from 12 pm - 7 pm. You need to present a valid ID at the time of delivery. Get more info about our cannabis delivery service.

Don’t forget to check out our weekly deals. Stock up and stay home!

2. Reflect

Cannabis is known to make you think outside the norm. If you’re spending more time at home, it’s the perfect opportunity to self-reflect.

How is cannabis helping you in your life mentally and physically? Start a journal and let those creative thoughts flourish! Be thankful for how the plant has helped heal you.

3. Create

Cannabis can help induce creativity, so start creating! Work on those things you constantly push aside. Explore trying to paint, design, decorate, or whatever motivates you. Embrace this time at home with cannabis.

4. Get outside

You don’t need to go too far to blaze in the sun. Step into your yard, work on that garden, or even go for a stroll in your neighborhood!

5. Eat

We all know cannabis can give you the munchies, so why not support our local Santa Cruz restaurants? With restaurants struggling to stay open because of the last effects of the pandemic, most offer delivery or pick-up services. So, light up and order your favorite meal!

6. Netflix & Chill

Cannabis and movies go hand and hand. There’s no better excuse to be a couch potato. Indulge in some cannabis and watch the classics!

7. Plan and take action

Do you know all the cannabis laws in our Santa Cruz community or outside the state? Luckily, cannabis is legal for us, but the war on drugs isn’t over in the United States.

Take some time to research the history of legalized cannabis and how people of color have been affected. Look at the bills the State of California and the federal government have passed and how you can take action to help others.
