Cold Brew Coffee Cake Recipe

This recipe makes one 9-inch coffee cake.

Ingredients
4 Cups All Purpose Flour
1½ Teaspoons Baking Soda
½ Teaspoon Salt
1½ Cups Unsalted Butter (Room Temperature)
2 ¼ Cups Sugar
3 Large Eggs
1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract
1½ Cups Cold Brew coffee (we recommend Somatik cannabis-infused cold brew)
Powdered Sugar (As Needed)

Directions
In a medium bowl, whisk the flour, baking soda, and salt to combine.
In the bowl of an electric mixer, cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy, 4-5 minutes.
Add the eggs one at a time and mix to combine, then add the vanilla.
Add ½ of the flour mixture and mix to combine.
Add the coffee (either traditional or cannabis-infused) and mix until fully incorporated.
Add the rest of the flour and mix to combine.
Pour the batter into a greased 9 inch bundt pan and bake in a 350 degree oven until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, 1 hour – 1 hour 10 minutes.
Cool completely, then sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
